Little Susitna Public Use Facility

Driving time:  Approximately 90 minutes
Notes:  This is also a campground.

Anchorage to Little Susitna Public Use Facility
Head North on the Glenn Highway for approximately 36 miles.
Stay to your left onto the Parks Highway for 7 miles.
Make a left at the second stop light, just passed Red Robin restaurant,
onto Palmer/Wasilla highway for 1 ½ Miles.
Turn left onto Knik Goosebay Road for 17 miles.
Turn right onto point Mackenzie Road for 7 miles.
You will come to a T make a right at the “T”.
Make a quick left onto Ayshire road for 3 miles and make a right at The Y.
Continue on dirt road for 3 miles and it will bring you into the park.
►There is a $7 parking fee (per vehicle, per day) and $15 camping fee (per vehicle, per night)
After you pay to park go straight down to the boat launch
and that is where we will meet you.
Do not forget to bring your fishing licenses, food & drink with you.

If your going on the afternoon trip and he is not there, he will be in shortly from his early morning trip. Also, Dress warm and in layers. The mornings and boat ride can get very cold.
A king Stamp is only required when fishing through July 13.
